We are seeking an Anesthesiology Medical Director to lead anesthesia services at a brand-new Cardiac and Vascular Ambulatory Surgery Center — a ground-floor leadership opportunity to build and shape an anesthesia program from day one, with a clear growth path to overseeing anesthesia services across multiple surgery centers.

The Opportunity
- Lead From the Ground Floor: Serve as Medical Director of Anesthesia for TMH's brand-new Cardiac and Vascular ASC — a state-of-the-art facility opening Spring 2027, home to Southern Medical Group's Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, and Electrophysiologists.
- High-Acuity Cases, Controlled Environment: Interventional cardiology, EP interventions, vascular procedures, device placements, and sedation cases — complex, interesting work in a purpose-built outpatient setting. 7 to 10 cases per week initially.
- Near-term Role Expansion: By Fall 2027, the role expands to overseeing anesthesia services across both the Cardiac and Vascular ASC and TMH's second surgery center (6 additional ORs). You build and lead the full anesthesia team — anesthesiologists, AAs, and CRNAs.
- Shape the Program: Develop and maintain anesthesia policies, protocols, and quality standards. Establish perioperative workflows. Recruit and develop your team. Collaborate directly with surgical, procedural, nursing, and administrative leadership.

What You'll Bring
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- 8 or more years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience overseeing CRNAs and/or Anesthesiologist Assistants preferred
- Cardiac and vascular anesthesia experience strongly preferred
- Eligible for Florida medical license
- Leadership mindset — comfort with building a program, setting standards, and developing a team
