Cardiac Anesthesiologist
- 60 days to credential---ongoing coverage
- Monday-Friday, 10- and 12-hour shifts
- Weeknight and weekend call rotation
- 1-2 weeks per month
- Typical cases include cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery, TAVR, CABG, MitraClip
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Must have completed a Cardiac Fellowship per hospital bylaws
- Must be TEE certified
- Cerner EMR
- Care Team Model: mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred.
- Staff: 1 MD to 3-4 CRNAs
- North Carolina active license at the time of presentation
- Travel and lodging provided
- Malpractice Insurance provided
