Highly successful physician-provider private anesthesia practice is seeking multiple BE/BC Anesthesiologists to join rapidly growing team in Dallas, TX serving DFW’s premier cardiovascular surgeons, neurosurgeons, and orthro-spine surgeons.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Specializing in Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, EP, ENT, Bariatric, and General Surgical anesthesia welcome
- Cases include vascular, general, EP, spine, cardiac and neuro. Candidate can do mostly cardiac cases or a mixture of case types.
- Partnership (3 years) and associate tracks available for non-cardiac and cardiac anesthesiologists
- Calls: All Calls are home calls, about 2 weekday calls per month, and 7-8 weekend calls per year. Call people usually finish around 7-8 pm
- 37 anesthesiologists and actively growing
- Physicians only. No CRNA and no care team
- No Trauma and No OB
- Multiple facilities located in Dallas, Plano, and Richardson. Usually work in one facility in any given day.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Very Competitive compensation and great benefits including 401K matching and profit sharing, Health/dental/vision insurance, malpractice, etc
- Base Salary $525,000-600,000 W-2 plus Benefits
- Sign on bonus of $25K
- Opportunity to make extra money if work past 5pm when not on call on weekdays
- 5 week of PTO
