Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist Locum Need
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
Night Call: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
24-hour weekend call
Coverage Dates (Weeks of):

May 16–19

May 25 – June 8

June 22–29
Practice Setting:
-
Hospital-based Cardiac Rehab Unit
-
228-bed facility
-
Adult and geriatric patient population
-
Average Census: 2–10 patients/day
Support Structure:
-
6 Cardiologists
-
1 Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgeon
-
1 Thoracic Surgeon
-
CRNA support in all cases
Procedures & Volume:
-
~120 pump cases annually
-
Cardiac surgery (CABG, valve replacements)
-
Thoracic and vascular surgeries
-
Cath lab and endovascular procedures
Requirements:
-
Board Certification required (Cardiac fellowship preferred)
-
Active PA license (IMLC may be considered)
-
TEE and DEA certifications required
-
1–2 years of experience preferred
Credentialing:
-
Temporary privileges in 2–3 weeks (clean background required)
-
Full privileges: 60–90 days
EMR:

GE Centricity (Outpatient)

Cerner (Inpatient)
