Established team of 4 employed NPs/PAs
Assignment Details
Dates: ASAP–ongoing
Schedule: 2–3 weeks per month; weeks vary with coverage needs
Clinic schedule: Five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days weekly
Coverage type: Inpatient rounding and scheduled outpatient clinic; no call
Volume: 8–10 clinic patients daily; inpatient rounding volume varies
Setting: Hospital-based neurosurgery clinic and inpatient service
Support: 4 employed NPs/PAs, 1–2 clinic RNs, 1–2 clinic MAs, and office staff
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Neurosurgery experience required
Inpatient rounding on assigned patients and admissions
Scheduled outpatient neurosurgery visits
No APP or resident supervision required
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with neurosurgery experience
Any state license accepted via Act 10 expedited pathway
BLS
Active DEA
