Position Highlights
* Seeking a motivated and patient-focused APP to join our growing ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) practice.
* This is a full-time role in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient rounding or support.
* You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team and benefit from strong physician mentorship.
* While ENT experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate.
* Consistent weekday schedule with early Fridays: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
* Training and mentorship in a specialty field

Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Current national NP or PA certification
* Current or eligible North Carolina licensure
* Previous APP experience preferred
* Urology experience strongly preferred
* Comfortable providing both inpatient and outpatient care
* Interest and ability to perform urodynamic studies
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
