Certified Nurse Midwife Opportunity
Located in Spring Valley, NY – Approximately 30 miles north of New York City
Permanent position with flexible scheduling
Position Overview
Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity within an established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Provide comprehensive midwifery care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Deliver antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman gynecological care
Support patients seeking low-intervention, natural childbirth experiences
Participate in hospital call coverage at a community hospital with a Level II nursery
Collaborate with experienced Midwives, OB/GYN providers, clinical staff, and community doulas
Serve a diverse patient population, including low-income and high-risk patients
Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited Midwifery Education Program
Current American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) certification
Active, unrestricted New York State Midwife License
Active DEA registration in New York
Minimum of 2 years of certified midwifery experience, including deliveries
Experience providing direct inpatient and outpatient women's healthcare
Strong patient education, counseling, and hands-on labor support skills
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $120,000–$150,000
