Position Highlights
* Join a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty practice with an established Allergy & Immunology service line.
* 100% outpatient practice with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or holidays, offering an exceptional work-life balance.
* Collaborate with an experienced Allergist while sharing limited call responsibilities for established practice patients.
* Opportunity to build a busy practice with a strong referral network from an established primary care and specialty physician base.
* Practice in a supportive, physician-led environment with excellent clinical and administrative resources.
* Pathway to shareholder status following the employment agreement, providing long-term practice ownership and unlimited earning potential through a production-based compensation model.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive guaranteed base salary of $260,000–$315,000.
* Two-year employment agreement (three years for visa candidates).
* Opportunity to become a shareholder following the employment period.
* Three weeks of vacation.
* One week of paid CME.
* Seven paid sick days annually.
* $3,000 annual business expense allowance.
* Employer-paid health insurance.
* Employer-paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology.
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted New York medical license.
* Visa candidates welcome.
* Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered outpatient allergy care.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
