Job Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret allergy testing and administer immunotherapy treatments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor long-term patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient Allergy & Immunology experience preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care
