A well-established physician group is seeking an Allergist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for a predictable outpatient schedule, competitive compensation, and a clear path to shareholder status.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only Allergy & Immunology practice
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends
- No holidays
- Shared call with another Allergist for the group's patients
- Full J1/H1 Support
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary: $260,000–$315,000
- 2-year employment agreement
- 3-year agreement for visa candidates
- 3 weeks paid vacation
- 1 week CME
- 7 sick days
- $3,000 annual business expense allowance
- Employer-paid health insurance
- Employer-paid malpractice insurance
Partnership / Shareholder Opportunity
After completing the initial employment agreement, physicians have the opportunity to become a shareholder and transition to a production-based compensation model.
