Job description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Physician to join our Fort Collins clinic. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career physician who is motivated to build a busy practice and work toward partnership.
This role is open due to a current physician reducing her clinical load, providing an immediate patient base and strong growth opportunity.

Base Salary: $200,000 (Associate Physician)
Production-Based Bonus: High earning potential
Partnership Track: Typically within 2–3 years (potentially sooner)
Partner Earnings: Average ~$700,000

Job Responsibilities
Upper and lower respiratory conditions
Cutaneous and gastrointestinal disorders
Hypersensitivity and immunologic conditions
Perform and interpret diagnostic evaluations, including:
Immediate and delayed hypersensitivity skin testing
Pulmonary function testing and bronchoprovocation
Rhino-laryngoscopy
Radiographic imaging
Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 15–25 patients
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment
Qualifications
Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado
Preferred:
Early-career physician with strong growth ambitions
