The Allergy and Asthma Clinic, which has served the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Allergist/Immunologist to join a well-established, physician-owned private practice just 15 minutes from San Francisco — a rare opportunity to walk into a thriving, 30-year patient panel with tons of room to grow it even bigger. This opening exists because of tremendous, sustained growth: the practice is expanding to a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic and needs an experienced provider ready to build alongside them. You'll see a manageable 15 patients per day, choose between a 4 or 5-day week, and take call just one week per month — phone-only and shared across a deep team of 3 physicians and 4 mid-levels, meaning maybe one call a weekend. There are no hospital rounds, ever. This is full-scope adult and pediatric allergy and immunology care with genuine autonomy, strong earning potential, and a clear path to partnership after two years if you want it.
