The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees the hospital’s daily operations and strategic business plan, ensuring quality patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, accreditation, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment or successful completion of CEO training program
- Joint Commission (JCAHO) survey experience
- Financial management and operational oversight
- Talent recruitment and retention
- Marketing and community engagement
- Quality management in a behavioral health hospital
- Behavioral health hospital startup or expansion experience
- Joint venture experience
