Executive Director of Health opportunity near Miami, FL with a multi-site community health program.
The Executive Director is a business-focused and service-oriented position that is responsible for providing health and human services, fostering advances in medical care, public health, and social services. This role is 100% administrative in function.
Candidates must have an active, current FL medical license, current DEA, board certified in family medicine, a minimum of ten (10) years of senior leadership experience working in a service focused government or public organization, with experience of leading a multi-department team of 50 or more direct reports is required.
Competitive, salaried employment pay ($300K-$500K) with full benefits including 36 days PTO,13 paid holidays, paid health/dental/vision insurance, paid CME, 4% 401K and malpractice covered. Loan repayment options are available as well.
