Overview
4.5 – 5 day a week schedule, M – F
27 patient facing hours a week, split between residential patients and recovery clinic
Collaborative environment working closely with 4 addiction medicine clinicians, CDACs, peer supports and larger care team to coordinate care and ensure seamless support
Mentorship program to connect you with a local to better settle into new community
New grad or experienced Addiction Medicine provider
