• Complete clear, timely documentation and maintain clean clinical records
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recommend follow-up frequency based on clinical judgment
• Collaborate with chiropractic, massage, primary care, and (soon) physical therapy teams when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment and follow clinic standards
• Support patient retention through consistent care plans and professional follow-through
• Strong patient communication and professional presence
• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage a consistent schedule
• Comfort working with a broad mix of patients (pain, fertility, stress, sleep, headaches, etc.)
• Ability to document appropriately in an EHR or clinic system
• Familiarity with VA/community care workflows (a plus, not required)
• Additional modalities (cupping, gua sha, e-stim, laser acupuncture) welcomed where appropriate
• Cross-functional clinic environment with collaboration across disciplines
• Established patient demand and a steady stream of cases, with the opportunity to step into a full schedule
• Clear operational standards and a team that supports follow-through

Practice Setting and Locations
The position is based at our clinic in Corpus Christi and may include services at other partner facilities, community events, or mobile/off-site settings as reasonably needed.What you’ll do
• Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments tailored to patient needs• Complete clear, timely documentation and maintain clean clinical records
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recommend follow-up frequency based on clinical judgment
• Collaborate with chiropractic, massage, primary care, and (soon) physical therapy teams when appropriate

Must-have qualifications
• Current Texas Acupuncturist license (L.Ac.) in good standing• Strong patient communication and professional presence
• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage a consistent schedule
• Comfort working with a broad mix of patients (pain, fertility, stress, sleep, headaches, etc.)
• Ability to document appropriately in an EHR or clinic system
Preferred (nice-to-haves)
• Experience working in an integrative or multi-provider setting• Familiarity with VA/community care workflows (a plus, not required)
• Additional modalities (cupping, gua sha, e-stim, laser acupuncture) welcomed where appropriate
