We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Colorectal Surgeon to join a growing hospital-employed surgical practice in Summerville, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with benign and malignant colorectal diseases
• Perform minimally invasive, robotic-assisted, and open colorectal surgical procedures
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
• Evaluate and manage abdominal and anorectal disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Gastroenterology, Oncology, Radiology, and General Surgery
• Participate in resident education and surgical teaching
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
• Participate in shared colorectal surgery call coverage

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO
• Fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Colon and Rectal Surgery
• Must become Board Certified within five years of fellowship completion
• Eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina medical license
• Current unrestricted DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

Preferred

• Robotic surgery experience or strong interest in robotic colorectal surgery
• Commitment to resident education and mentorship
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills
