Located in Norfolk, VA - Virginia Beach 10m
Full-time; Permanent

Seeking BC/BE
Overview:
* 100% outpatient bariatric/obesity medicine practice
* Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
* Some after-hours call; no weekends
* Work alongside 2 physicians and 5 APPs
* Established patient base with strong demand and waiting list
* Manage complex obesity and metabolic cases (pre/post bariatric surgery, medical weight loss, chronic disease optimization)
* Leadership role including APP supervision and mentorship
* Opportunity to shape program growth, care pathways, and regional strategy
* Participate in quality improvement, education, and community outreach
* Use of advanced documentation tools including AI scribe

Comp/Benefits:
* Base salary plus RVU incentives
