Academic Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician

Position Highlights
- Academic Faculty Opportunity: Join a rapidly expanding PM&R department established in 2021 with a fully accredited 3-year residency program and strong institutional support
- Flexible Clinical Practice: Choose inpatient rehab, outpatient PM&R, consult services, or a hybrid role tailored to your interests
- Subspecialty Development: Opportunities in SCI, TBI, stroke, amputee rehab, pain, neuromuscular medicine, EMG/NCS, spasticity management, sports, spine, pediatrics, and more
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary: $250,000 – $305,000
- Incentive Compensation: RVU-based EVC bonus of $50,000–$100,000+ annually with additional earning potential through consult volume

- Retirement: 5.14% employer contribution through the University of Florida

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Experience: All experience levels welcome, including new graduates
