Job description <span id="HRS_SCH_PSTDSC_DESCRLONG$1"> <p>The University of Missouri-Columbia, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Hepatologist who is committed to clinical excellence and with interests in contributing to the medical education of our fellows. This position comes with a competitive salary, benefits, and work hours.</p><p>The candidate selected for this role will participate as a faculty member and clinician-educator for our one-year non ACGME-accredited Hepatology Fellowship. Past faculty in this role have successfully gone on to pursue gastroenterology fellowships here, at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, and abroad.</p><p>About Us&nbsp;<br>The GI division is home to faculty with expertise across several areas to include nutrition, IBD, and therapeutic endoscopy. Additionally, it offers a multidisciplinary team approach to all varieties of gastrointestinal disorders in collaborations with several specialties and subspecialties including surgery, radiology, pathology, oncology, and surgical oncology. Rank will be commensurate with experience.</p></span>
