What You’ll Do

Develop individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds.

Collaborate with nursing staff and primary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Provide direct wound care management, including dressing changes, prevention, and complication recognition.

Educate and mentor facility staff on wound care best practices.
What We’re Looking For

NP or PA with active Michigan license.

Background in wound, ostomy, foot, or continence care.

Certified wound care clinician preferred, but strong experience considered.

DEA license preferred (not required).

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
