Urology Opportunity – Central Pennsylvania
A financially stable and growing regional healthcare system is seeking two Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologists to help expand a thriving urology service line in Central Pennsylvania.

Position Highlights
- Balanced 7-on / 7-off schedule
- Established practice with physician and APP support
- Large built-in referral base from primary care and specialty providers across a multi-hospital system
- Hospitalist team handles admissions and discharges
- Comprehensive Urologic Oncology collaboration through an established cancer center
- Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery technology
- Modern practice environment with integrated outpatient and inpatient EMR systems
- Opportunity for rapid practice growth and strong long-term stability
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $600,000
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $75,000 educational loan assistance
- $15,000 relocation assistance
