Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Openings: 1
Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient and Call coverage
- Practice includes 2 Physicians and 2 APPs
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
- 1:4 rotating call coverage
- Average 22 PPD
Patient Population: Adult
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 60-90 days
Requirements:
- Active Washington licensure
- Board certification
- AHA BLS certifications
- Minimum 1-year Urology experience or equivalent
