Seeking NP or PA
Overview:
* Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient urology
* Lead a newly established outpatient urology clinic
* Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
* No call, no nights or weekends
* Diagnose and manage urologic conditions (BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, incontinence, ED, pelvic health)
* Coordinate surgical care with visiting urologists
* Provide post-operative follow-up locally
* Structured onboarding and urology training program
* Direct access to board-certified urologist for support and mentorship
* Opportunity to develop procedural skills (e.g., cystoscopy)
* Build referral relationships with primary care and specialists
* High level of autonomy with strong collaborative backing
