POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/ Physician's Assistant to provide personalized, high-quality care in a modern outpatient setting. This role is ideal for providers with experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, or ED treatment.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat Erectile Dysfunction using advanced therapies (shockwave therapy, P-Shot, Trimix)
• Administer injections and PRP therapy
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret lab results
• Perform phlebotomy as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate EMR/CRM documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Background in urology, endocrinology, or primary care preferred
• Active NP/PA license in good standing
• Active Controlled Substance Registration
• No current or pending malpractice cases
Working Hours
• 24–40 hours per week
