AdventHealth Medical Group Urologic Oncology in Celebration, Florida, is seeking a full-time Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a nationally recognized, high-volume urologic oncology program. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically strong PA who wants meaningful hands-on surgical involvement, including first assist in advanced robotic procedures, paired with rewarding clinic-based patient care. You’ll work closely alongside a collaborative, expert team in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values innovation, professional growth, and compassionate, patient-centered care—making this an ideal role for a PA looking to grow their career in surgical urology and oncology.
Job Responsibilities
-Treating all ages, male and female
-Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.
-Monitors the patient’s course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist
-Collaborates with physician and staff as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff
-Displays a caring and professional attitude at all time as well as maintaining personal and professional growth
-Writes and/or dictates progress notes, procedure notes, histories, physical examinations, and transfers/discharge summaries in accordance with medical policies.
-Schedule is Mon-Fri with the potential for call responsibilities as needed and occasional weekend coverage
-Procedures performed but not limited to: cystoscopy, catheter placement and removal, first assist in robotic prostatectomies, other urologic surgical cases, UDS, and pelvic ultrasounds.

Qualifications
-At least one year of Urology experience in a surgical/hospital setting
-Bilingual in Spanish preferred

-Campus: Celebration & Lake Nona
-Holiday Rotation
Skills
-Desire to become part of a multi-disciplinary thoracic surgery program
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule as evening and weekend on-call/rounding will be required
-Candidate must be able to successfully pass a third-party background check and pre-employment drug screen
