Salary Range: $160k–$180k (based on experience)

Role Highlights

  • Provide high-quality outpatient care to a diverse, Spanish-speaking patient population
  • Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing management of urologic conditions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Participate in a welcoming, team-oriented environment that prioritizes learning and support

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Location: Manhattan (NYC)

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (New York State)
  • Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
  • Interest in urology or surgical subspecialties
  • Prior urology experience preferred for higher compensation consideration
  • New graduates with strong clinical training and enthusiasm to learn are welcome!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused approach to care
