Urology opening – La Grande, OR Eastern Oregon, near the Blue Mountains Position Details
- No new grads
- Full-time permanent position
- Hospital-employed, full-time permanent position
- Four 10-hour days per week
- No after-hours call requirements
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
- Average volume of 14–17 patients per day
- Scribe options available
- Epic EMR
- 2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines
- Olympus cystoscopy equipment
- Laborie urodynamics equipment
- Recently completed 96,000 sq. ft. hospital expansion featuring: - 5 OR suites - 2 endoscopy suites (flexible to 2 additional ORs) - 15 pre/post-op rooms - 7 PACU bays - New cafeteria and dining space - OR break room with scenic views Compensation
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($145k+), including: - Strong base salary - Annual quality incentives up to $15k
