Ongoing Locums PA/Urology Provider needed in the Metro Seattle Area
*Location: Suburban Seattle clinic
*Reason for need: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search
*Start Date: June 13, 2022
*End Date: December 31, 2022
*This is an ongoing request that could be considered for Locums to Perm
*Setting: Outpatient clinic with scheduled clinical hours
*Patients per shift: 18-20
*Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff
*Credentialing can be accomplished quickly
*Will accept IMLC
*BLS required
*The provider must have Urology experience
*Travel & Lodging Provided
*Malpractice Insurance Provided
