Facility Information

Memorial Health Meadows Physicians - Immediate Care is a brand new urgent care providing healthcare services to the residents of Toombs County. This facility offers well trained supporting providers treating patients requiring immediate, yet non-urgent care such as illness and minor injuries. Memorial Health Meadows Physicians - Immediate Care operates from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily.
