Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care/Urgent Care Opportunity
Located in Spring Valley, NY – Approximately 30 miles north of New York City
Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity within an established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Provide comprehensive Primary Care and Urgent Care services
Join a collaborative team of Primary Care and specialty providers
Deliver preventive care, acute treatment, and ongoing patient management
Evaluate patients, perform medical triage, and coordinate appropriate treatment
Flexible scheduling with daytime hours, one evening per week, Fridays, and weekend availability
Serve a diverse patient population, including underserved and high-risk communities
Qualifications
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Active, unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
Active New York DEA registration
Minimum of 1 year of independent practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Eligible to work in the United States
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

- Routine examinations and preventive care

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $156,000–$214,000
Potential sign-on bonus of $3,500
