Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Overview:
* Join a growing Urgent Care service line within an established not-for-profit health system
* Urgent Care hours Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
* No call responsibilities
* Potential for expanded operating hours as the program continues to grow
* Collaborative physician support, experienced clinical team and dedicated nursing support
* Treat a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries
* Common conditions include respiratory infections, flu, COVID, strep, ear infections, UTIs, skin conditions and allergic reactions
* Treat lacerations, burns, sprains, strains and minor fractures
* Occupational health and sports physicals
* Perform laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, wound care and foreign body removal
* Basic orthopedic management
* On-site laboratory and imaging services
* Access to specialists and emergency services for referrals when needed
* Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation and Ambient AI
* Opportunity to help shape and grow a developing Urgent Care service line
