Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need
Start Date: November 2

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search
Practice Setting:
- Urgent Care Clinic
- Must be willing to cover clinics in Belle Vernon, Dunbar and Mt Pleasant
- Sites are no more than 30 minutes apart
- Sites are no more than 30 minutes apart
- Responsibilities include:
- Suturing, wound care, I&Ds
- Splinting
- X-rays, EKGs
- Drawing blood, IVs
- Comfortable seeing patients from 6 months to adult
- Comfortable working independently
- Suturing, wound care, I&Ds
- Patient visits include cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, splinting, x-rays, EKGs, I&Ds, etc.
- High acuity is referred to the local ER
- Average 20 PPD, 3-4 patients per hour
- Clinic staff includes 1-3 providers per day
- If Physician is not onsite a Physician will be remotely available for escalation
Schedule:
- Full-time coverage
- Monday-Sunday, 8:00a-8:00p
- Not eligible for OT
Patient Population: 6 months to adult
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 90 days
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania licensure
- Board certification
- AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2-years Urgent Care or 1-year Emergency Medicine experience
