APP – Urgent Care Located: Big Spring, TX • Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Urgent Care team in Big Spring, Texas. • Full-time, permanent position. • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages with acute illnesses and minor injuries. • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting. • Perform routine procedures within the scope of practice, including wound care, laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, and other minor office procedures. • Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic studies as appropriate. • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care. • Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and appropriate follow-up. • Utilize electronic medical records and evidence-based clinical guidelines to promote quality outcomes. • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on clinic needs. • Competitive compensation package with quality and productivity incentives.
