Job Overview:
Join an innovative in-home urgent care team delivering high-acuity services directly to patients. Travel with a medical technician (DHMT) in a mobile unit and provide comprehensive care with a 1:1 patient ratio (7–10 patients/shift).
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule:

10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Must be available for 14 shifts/month, including 4 weekend shifts

Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days/week
Responsibilities:

Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and procedures (sutures, wound care, splinting, etc.)

Assess and treat complex illnesses using evidence-based protocols

Coordinate care and educate patients/families on managing acute and chronic conditions

Document encounters accurately in real-time
