NP/PA In Home Urgent Care-Washington

**You will be travelling with a Medical Technician, and you do not need to use your own car**

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, 3-4 shifts per week
• 6 Months with potential for long term.
• Start times vary between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Weekend requirement: 4 shifts per month (every other weekend or one weekend shift per week)
• Caseload: 6-8 in home patient visits per day

Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with high acuity and complex health issues.
• Work independently to manage patient cases, leveraging urgent care or ER experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure seamless transition of care for patients to avoid frequent ER visits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of provider experience required, with a strong preference for 2+ years. Experience in urgent care or emergency room settings is ideal due to the high acuity and complexity of the patients. Will consider NP or PA-Cs
• Skills: Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills are necessary.
