Overview:
Are you a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner looking to practice in a small, team-focused outpatient setting—with the added support and stability of a larger healthcare organization? We’re seeking experienced, patient-focused clinicians to join collaborative outpatient care teams across multiple locations. These positions are centered on Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care, offering variety, structure, and work-life balance.

If you value evidence-based medicine, professional development, and a consistent weekday schedule—this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Monthly and quarterly bonus potential

  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, business hours only

  • No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

  • Streamlined, standardized clinical model across all locations

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, direct patient care in an outpatient setting

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients for urgent and occupational health concerns

  • Conduct physical exams, including DOT and pre-employment exams

  • Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and fellow clinicians

  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

  • Maintain working knowledge of occupational health regulations and evidence-based practices

  • Promote a safe, welcoming, and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s)

  • DOT/FMCSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before start date)

  • Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or outpatient primary care preferred

Benefits:

  • Generous paid time off (PTO) + paid holidays

  • Set weekday schedule (no nights/weekends)

  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions

  • Short-term disability, life insurance, and additional voluntary benefits

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Annual CME allowance + dedicated CME time off

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Malpractice insurance coverage

  • Ongoing clinical training and leadership development

  • Relocation assistance available (when applicable)

This is more than a job—it’s a path to a fulfilling and balanced career.
If you're a licensed PA or NP ready to make a lasting impact in outpatient care, we encourage you to apply today.
