Tucson Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Vascular Surgery team in an inpatient-only role.
Support a team of five vascular surgeons caring for hospitalized patients before and after vascular surgery procedures. Responsibilities include evaluating consults, managing inpatient care, assisting with discharge coordination, and collaborating with multidisciplinary hospital teams.
This is a hospital-based position focused on vascular surgery patients across the perioperative continuum.
- Base Compensation: $155,000
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $20,000 Relocation Assistance
- No Call

Job Responsibilities
• Round on hospitalized patients
• Participate in perioperative patient management
• Coordinate follow-up care and discharge planning
• Collaborate with vascular surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Support inpatient vascular surgery services
Qualifications
• Arizona PA license (or eligibility)
• DEA certification
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification
• Prior inpatient surgical, vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, critical care, or hospitalist experience preferred
• This position is intended for an experienced PA and may not be appropriate for a new graduate
Working Hours
• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• No call
• Inpatient only
