Locum NP/PA – Vascular Surgery | Toledo, OH | July 13 – November 13, 2026
Location: Toledo, OH (Multiple Bon Secours Mercy Health Facilities)
Start: July 13, 2026 (Pending Credentialing)
Duration: July 13, 2026 – November 13, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 4–5 days/week
Coverage Type: Inpatient/Hospital-Based
Call: None
Weekends: None
Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave
Position Details
- Adult inpatient vascular surgery coverage
- Cover multiple Bon Secours Mercy Health facilities:
- St. Vincent Medical Center
- St. Anne Hospital
- St. Charles Hospital
- Perrysburg Hospital
- 100% inpatient and ER consults
- Average 12–15 patients per day
- Level I Trauma Center and community hospital coverage
- EPIC EMR
- Temporary privileges available
- Transportation and housing provided
Requirements
- NP or PA
- Board Certified
- Active Ohio license required
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
- Local candidates preferred
- Providers with minimal malpractice settlements will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Credentialing
- Estimated timeframe: TBD
- Temporary privileges available
Compensation
- Rate TBD / Negotiable – We submit at your rate
- 1099 locum contract
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance provided
- Transportation and housing provided
