Rates: $150/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Start Date: ASAP (Targeting May 11, 2026).

• Contract Length: Ongoing.

• Schedule: 4 days per week.

  • Flexible shifts: Four 10-hour days (07:00–17:00) OR Five 8-hour shifts.

• Setting: Inpatient/Hospital only (York Hospital).

• Support: Collaboration with nursing staff, residents, and attending vascular surgeons.

• EMR: EPIC.

Clinical Responsibilities

The PA will be responsible for managing a high-acuity vascular patient population, ensuring continuity of care from admission to discharge.

• In-House Rounding: Managing approximately 20 patients per day.

• Consultations: Performing vascular surgical consults throughout the hospital.

• OR Support: If the provider possesses the requisite skill set, they will assist in the Operating Room.

• Patient Population: 18 years and older (Adult/Geriatric).

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: PA-C certification (Required).

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Vascular Surgery or a surgical subspecialty.

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) State License in hand or willing to license (90-day window).

• DEA: Required (must have or obtain a PA address for the DEA).

• Documentation: * NPDB self-query (dated within 6 months) required at presentation.

  • Full 7-year work history or 10 previous assignments.

  • Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
