A busy cardiac practice in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant for a 100% operating room position. This opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule, minimal call, and earning potential exceeding $200,000 annually.
Position Highlights
- 100% OR role supporting cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- Minimal call, with additional compensation when call is required.
- Busy surgical practice with case volume-based bonus opportunities.
Required Experience
Candidates must have experience working as a practicing Cardiothoracic OR Physician Assistant, including:
- Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH).
- Coronary procedures.
- Valvular surgery.
- Aortic surgery.
- Thoracic procedures.
Prior practicing CT OR PA experience is required; this position is not open to new graduates.
Compensation & Benefits
- $170,000 annual base salary, with potential for a higher base depending on experience.
- Twice-yearly bonuses based on case volume.
- Total annual earning potential into the $200,000s.
