Job description
An established private plastic surgery practice in southeast Florida is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing team. Work closely with a plastic surgeon in a predominantly office-based role focused on pre-operative evaluations, patient education, and post-operative care.
This opportunity offers mentorship and room to expand your procedural and surgical responsibilities over time. Previous aesthetics experience is a plus, but is not required.

Job Responsibilities
Educate patients about procedures, treatment expectations, and recovery.
Help develop individualized surgical treatment plans alongside the surgeon.
Provide post-operative follow-up care and monitor recovery.
Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process.
Assist with office procedures as needed.
Qualifications
Prior clinical experience; plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, ENT, or other surgical experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the surgeon
Interest in developing additional procedural and surgical skills
Working Hours
Predominantly office-based patient care
Approximately 7 days of call per month
