Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

A highly regarded, physician-owned plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative, patient-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic provider looking to join an established practice with strong patient demand, significant earning potential, and the resources to continue building a successful aesthetic practice.

Position Overview

• Perform comprehensive cosmetic consultations and individualized treatment planning

• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments

• Perform cosmetic laser procedures

• Provide patient education, follow-up care, and long-term treatment planning

• Build and maintain strong patient relationships and a loyal patient following

• Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team

• Participate in practice marketing and social media initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Minimum of two years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience

• Experience with cosmetic laser procedures preferred

• Strong consultation and patient relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Comfortable participating in social media and practice growth initiatives

• Existing aesthetic patient following strongly preferred

• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
