Houston spine PAs: a leading surgical services group is adding surgery-only first assists in Austin and San Antonio. Your Texas license already works there, and a relocation stipend comes with the offer.

• Responsibilities: first assist neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons on ACDF, ALIF, XLIF, TLIF, laminectomy and microdiscectomy. No multi-level scoliosis. No orders, clinic or rounding.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends. A 1-2 case day finishing before 2pm is normal.
• Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
• Experience: at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery first assist experience.
• Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
• Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
• Career growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments.
• 1099: PRN options available.
