Neurosurgery physician assistant first assisting only opportunity, in Phoenix, AZ, at a guaranteed salary of $140,000 to $160,000 based on experience. A surgical services group here is hiring an experienced physician assistant (PA-C), Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, with no orders, clinic or rounding required and no call or weekends. Elective procedures only and no multi-level scoliosis.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekends! 30-35 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish before 2pm.
- Responsibilities: First assist duties only within neuro spine and ortho spine. No orders, clinic or rounding required.
- Salary: Guaranteed salary $140,000 - $160,000/yr based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery surgical first assist experience.
- Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage. Relocation stipend and sign on bonus offered.
