Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Outpatient Surgery

SSM Health SLUCare Physicians Group Surgery Services | St. Louis, MO (1027 Bellevue Ave.) | SLUCare Physician Group, located on the campus of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital, is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our growing surgery team.

Job Highlights:

• Outpatient focused position Monday through Friday with inpatient rounding responsibilities.
• Support the surgical practices (primarily general surgery) working with both surgeons and residents.
• See new, established, and post-op patients.
• No Weekends/Evenings/Call.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong onboarding and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Master's degree from nationally accredited NP or PA program.
• Certified NP or PA.
• Missouri RN and NP licensure or PA licensure.
• Minimum of one year experience practicing in a surgical specialty.
• Meet the requirements (and become a member) of the Hospital medical staff.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the EPIC EMR.
