Surgical Services Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Exeter, NH Full-Time | Evening Shift | Monday-Friday | No Call, Weekends, or Holidays A respected surgical services team in Exeter, New Hampshire is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive surgical care across the perioperative continuum. Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time Surgical Services APP role
• Evening shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
• No call, weekends, or holidays
• Provide comprehensive surgical care across inpatient, Emergency Department, and Operating Room settings
• Responsibilities include inpatient rounding, ED consults, and first-assist responsibilities in the OR
• Serve as first and second surgical assistant for assigned surgical cases
• Conduct patient rounds and complete progress notes
• Perform comprehensive and episodic health assessments
• Establish differential diagnoses, order and evaluate diagnostic studies, and manage follow-up plans
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with New Hampshire regulations
• Collaborate with surgeons, general and specialty providers, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in quality, efficiency, and process-improvement efforts

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• 1-3 years of directly related surgical experience required
• New Hampshire license or eligibility
• National certification as an NP or PA required
• NP candidates must have RNFA program completion and OR hours
• PA candidates must have NCCPA certification
• BLS certification required
• Eligibility for medical staff appointment and clinical privileges
• Strong surgical, perioperative, communication, and collaboration skills
