General Surgery & Robotics First Assist | Surgery Only | 30-35 Hrs/Wk | $135k-$150k Guaranteed | Phoenix, AZ
Tucson PAs: this is an in-state move up I-10. Your Arizona license already works in Phoenix, and a relocation stipend comes with the offer.
- Responsibilities: first assist duties only in general surgery and robotics cases. No orders, clinic or rounding.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends.
- Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
- Experience: at least 1 year of general and robotics surgical first assist experience.
- Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
- Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
- Career growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments.
- 1099: PRN options available.
Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidates open to relocating are encouraged to apply.
Arizona licensure: an out-of-state PA needs an Arizona license by endorsement. Arizona enacted the PA Licensure Compact in February 2026, but compact privileges are not available yet. We walk you through the process and it does not hold up an offer.
