Full-Time, Contract (Aug 2026 – Dec 2026)We are seeking a skilled Locum Tenens Physician Assistant (PA) to provide surgical assist support across multiple respected facilities in the Atlanta area. This is a high-demand role supporting surgical teams due to increased patient volume.

- Some cases may extend to early evening
- Potential rotating weekends
- Setting: Inpatient (Operating Room only)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call required)
- EMR System: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Assist surgeons in the operating room across multiple specialties, including:
General Surgery (highest priority)
Orthopedics
OB/GYN
Urology
ENT
Support approximately 10–30 surgical cases per day
Work collaboratively with surgical teams including surgeons, CRNAs, scrub techs, and RNs
Qualifications
BLS certification (required)
Board certified
Strong surgical assist experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment
Working Hours
Some cases may extend to early evening
Potential rotating weekends
