Pacific Companies is proud to present an exciting General Surgery Advanced Practice Provider opportunity in Northwest Wyoming. This full-time role supports a high-volume general surgeon transitioning his established private practice into the hospital-bringing immediate patient demand and strong case volume from day one. The position offers a dynamic mix of clinic, OR first assist, rounding, and inpatient care in a collaborative, well-supported rural setting. Providers will gain hands-on exposure across a broad range of general surgery cases, including robotics and endoscopy. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced surgical PA or NP who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values autonomy, variety, and meaningful impact.



Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights

  • Full-scope General Surgery APP role with strong procedural exposure
  • PA strongly preferred; NP considered with First Assist certification
  • Surgical first assist in OR 1-2 days per week
  • Minimally invasive & laparoscopic surgery
  • Gallbladder & appendix surgery
  • Oncologic, hernia, endocrine, foregut & anti-reflux surgery
  • Endoscopy services and Da Vinci robotic exposure
  • Clinic, rounding, and inpatient responsibilities included
  • Monday-Friday schedule with half days on Fridays
  • Approximate breakdown: 1-2 OR days + ~2.5 clinic days weekly
  • 8-10 call shifts per month (primarily surgical coverage)
  • Physicians handle primary phone call responsibilities




Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $140,000 - $160,000 with productivity incentives
